Agree, and mine disappeared as well. I appreciate Medium experimenting with different formats and approaches, but I have a major issue with restricting responses/comments on anything for any reason. And holy crap I was looking at some of the partner member stats for January and could not believe this

  • $11,316.74 was the most earned by an author, and $4,117.76 was the most earned by a publication.
  • $1,435.57 was the most earned for a single story.

Somebody made >$11,000 last month. How in the f&* is that possible? It is the first time I have actually perused those stats so not sure if that is an anomaly or what but man that is a decent salary if you extend that over the course of a year. I wish they would give more in depth stats such as the % of people earning certain $ amounts (e.g. % people earning <$100, % people earning <$500 etc.) By expressing in terms of percentages they don’t have to give away any subscription/participation numbers which I understand they are loathe to do. My own guess is that 95+% are in the <$500/month category and possibly even <$100/month but I may be way off.
