Thanks for the reply. Much appreciated. I was asking about the stats stuff out of curiosity much more so than any desire to improve my own. One thing I definitely will not be doing is changing what I write about or how I write in an effort to get better stats. I am not a professional writer and have no desire to be one nor do I care about popularity or clout or impact or any of that. I am a research scientist with a sick sense of humor who happens to love to write. If some people enjoy reading something I write here that’s great but honestly I love the ones that bomb as much or more than the popular ones.
