But what did the machine’s learn? I’ll save you the trouble of looking it up and give away the answer away for free, nothing. As has been the case since early humans first conceptualized what we call learning today, machines are still incapable of it. Inanimate (non living) objects cannot learn as it is an ability that only humans and some non human animals possess. In fact the term machine learning is composed of two words that when combined in that order result in a term which is a logical contradiction and a thing which is logically impossible. Simply put if a machine could learn it would no longer be a machine.
