Not to be a grumpy old man but dude you are 22. You have only been legally allowed to drink for a year. It might be just a wee bit premature to be making grand pronouncements about all your friends being “losers.” Probably also a little too soon to write off your entire generation.

Its great that you are being all healthy and motivated and shit but it might not be the best idea to kick all of your “friends” to the curb right this second. Maybe take a day or two, or hell go crazy, and make it an entire week to think about it. Reflect on why these people are your friends, what was it/is it about them that made you become friends with them in the first place. I’m guessing it was not their work out/diet habits and career aspirations. Obviously I don’t know you or your friends, maybe they are all a bunch of no-goodnicks with zero life goals and even less motivation. However, I gotta believe at least one or two of them might be worth hanging on to even if they not exactly world beaters in training like yourself.

In the grand scheme of things a healthier diet, exercise program, even a job or career, are relatively easy to find, that is most definitely not the case with true friends.

Also, bro, chill. Deep breaths.
