“That is a learning equation”

“A learning math was used”

“That set of rules learned”

“A set of learning maths composed of learning equations based on/resulting in a set of learning rules was used”

“A learning algorithm was used”

Algorithms cannot learn anymore than machines can, which is to say they cannot. In an identical fashion to machines, algorithms have zero ability, capacity, or capability to learn anything, anytime, anywhere where the universal rules of logic/thought apply (aka our world).
