Sorry to hear about that bad experience but glad things have been a bit better recently it seems. Looking forward to that update with your more recent thoughts. I have not written virtually anything about the user experience here since my tirades during our fairly recent bot invasion back in June/July of last year. Some info if you are interested in a “humor” post I wrote about it. One of many.

Other than that dark time things have been mostly positive for me. I have fired off some fairly strong shots across the bows at a number of writers and publications here but always in jest (mostly) and not once have I been retaliated against or hit back with anger though no doubt I have angered some and maybe even deserved it once or twice, lol!. Fingers crossed it stays that way.
