I appreciate your enthusiasm for this topic and share an interest in your ideas though I believe such a system is impossible to implement and will never be seen in our lifetimes. What is your background? Are you a trained economist, mathematician, hobbyist? It matters not to me but I am curious. You speak as if you have some formal economics training.
