Well said and you make very good points. I was speaking purely from the “relationship” perspective. Not the everyday interaction one where, as you point out, saying I’m sorry can have a host of meanings and interpretations depending on the persons involved and the situation.

I see you are a philosophy and ethics enthusiast. I am a huge John Rawls fan and have published a bunch of ethics related materials here over the years. I’d be keen to get your take on this piece I published here way back in 2016. I think maybe two people actually read it back then, lol!
